Production Operative - Chilled Food Production
Location: Hessle Road, HU3
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (either 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
Salary: £12.21 per hour + Paid Breaks
Contract: Agency/Casual Work (40 hours per week)
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our client's team at a leading food production facility located on Hessle Road, HU3. The role involves working in a cold environment, handling frozen food products (not fresh fish), and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality items.

Key Responsibilities:

Working in a cold environment to ensure the smooth and safe production of frozen food products (without strong fish odors)

Following health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

Operating production machinery and performing quality checks

Assisting with the packing and preparation of food products for distribution

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times
Skills & Experience:

Previous factory or food production experience is preferred but not essential

Ability to work in a cold environment

Good attention to detail and a positive attitude toward teamwork

Strong communication skills and reliability

Flexible and able to work shifts as per the requirement
