Afternoon Shift – Hygiene Operative – Bridlington
Location: Bridlington
Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm (45-minute break)
Pay: £12.27 per hour + £8 daily shift allowance (equivalent to £13.27 per hour if full shift completed)

We are currently recruiting for a Hygiene Operative to join a well-established non-meat, non-fish food production factory in Bridlington.
Role Overview:
As a Hygiene Operative, you’ll play a key role in maintaining high cleanliness standards throughout the site to ensure a safe and sanitary production environment. Duties include:
Cleaning production areas, equipment, and surfaces
Following hygiene schedules and procedures
Using cleaning chemicals safely and correctly
Working to strict food safety standards
Maintaining records as required
Shift Details:
⦁ Monday to Friday
⦁ 2:00pm to 10:00pm
⦁ 45-minute break
⦁ £12.27 per hour
⦁ + £8 shift allowance per day when full shift is completed – equivalent to £13.27/hour
What We're Looking For:
✔ Someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of hygiene in food production
✔ Able to follow procedures and work independently
✔ Previous cleaning or hygiene experience (especially in food or factory settings) is preferred
✔ Good attention to detail and reliability
