Laboratory Technician – Food Production

32 hours per week | 4 on 4 off (Days)
From £12.22 per hour + holiday pay
We’re recruiting a Laboratory Technician to join a leading food manufacturing business based in Holme upon Spalding Moor. This is a great opportunity to start or develop your career in food science, quality, or technical operations.
Key Details:
⦁ 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days) 07:30-15:30
⦁ 32 hours per week
⦁ Starting pay: £12.22/hour
⦁ Ongoing work with long-term prospects
⦁ Full training provided
Role Overview:
⦁ Conducting routine testing and quality checks on food products
⦁ Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
⦁ Accurate data recording and sample analysis
⦁ Supporting the technical team with audits and product traceability
What We’re Looking For:
⦁ Ideally some experience in a lab or food production setting (not essential – training is provided)
⦁ Strong attention to detail
⦁ Good communication and record-keeping skills
⦁ Reliability and a willingness to learn
