Pay Rate: £14.99 per hour (based on £13.79 + £1.20 hourly shift bonus)
Hours: Friday, Saturday & Sunday – 6:00am to 6:00pm
Contract Type: Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for a Weekend Hygiene Team Leader to join a well-established food production site based in the Bridlington (YO15) area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous hygiene or supervisory experience in a food factory environment, looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Details:
- £14.99 per hour
- 36-hour working week
- Working Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- 12 hour shifts
- Have Monday to Thursday of
- 3 x 20-minute paid breaks per shift
- Leading a small hygiene team
- Temp to perm opportunity
Duties include:
- Supervising a small team of hygiene operatives during weekend shifts
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness across production areas
- Completing hygiene records and supporting audits
- Assisting with training and onboarding of new team members
- Liaising with management and other departments to ensure hygiene compliance
Requirements:
- Previous hygiene or food factory experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience beneficial
- Must have own transport due to location
- Good communication and organisation skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach
