We’re working with a well-established holiday home manufacturer in Hull who are looking for a Production Line Manager to oversee their production teams and support Team Leaders on the factory floor.

What You’ll Be DoingLi

Manage and motivate production teams on the factory floor

Support and guide Team Leaders to achieve targets and high-quality builds

Ensure production targets, quality standards, and H&S procedures are met

Monitor workflow and build processes

Read and work from technical drawings
What We’re Looking For

Previous supervisory or production management experience, ideally in caravans, holiday homes, or modular manufacturing

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to read technical drawings

Good computer skills

Adaptable, hands-on, and proactive approach
