Production Operative – Food Manufacturing
Location: Driffield
Pay Rate: £12.71 – £13.00 per hour
Shift Pattern: Day Shift | Monday to Thursday | 6:00am Start
We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a busy food manufacturing company based in Driffield. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team in a clean and warm working environment.
The Role
This position involves general production duties within a food manufacturing environment. The work requires good hand dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to carry out repetitive tasks to a high standard.
Main duties include:
⦁ General production and packing duties
⦁ Quality checking products
⦁ Working on a fast-paced production line
⦁ Following hygiene, food safety, and company procedures
⦁ Maintaining high standards of accuracy and presentation
Working Hours
⦁ Monday to Thursday
⦁ Day shifts only
⦁ Typically 10-hour shifts
⦁ 6:00am starts
Candidate Requirements
⦁ Previous factory or production experience is preferred but not essential
⦁ Good attention to detail and ability to work with precision
⦁ Comfortable carrying out delicate and repetitive tasks
⦁ Reliable with good punctuality and attendance
⦁ Able to work effectively as part of a team
Own transport is recommended for applicants travelling from Hull due to early start times and limited public transport options.
