On behalf of our client we have an immediate opportunity for an Office Administrator.
Located in the east Hull area, and Working days, Monday to Friday, this is an excellent opportunity to work with a long-established and highly regarded manufacturing organisation. Initially for a 12 week period, however this could easily extend, subject to business requirements.

Job Description Main duties for the Administrator: ·
- Engage with the manufacturing team to deliver the required commercial result and exceptional customer service. ·
- Dealing with customer orders, creating job packs, filing and despatching through to monthly invoicing ·
- Monitoring emails ·
- Assisting with any ad-hoc administrative work where required
Administrator Requirements:
- The ability to remain patient and calm under pressure
- The ability to work quickly but accurately ·
- Ability to multitask ·
- Strong Attention to Detail ·
- Ability to Work Without Supervision ·
- Excellent Time Management Skills ·
- Dynamic, self-motivated, well organised individual. ·
- Proactive nature to determine when other tasks need to be carried out and take ownership of them. ·
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service Skills ·
- Confident dealing with customers, suppliers, and staff by phone and email. ·
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team. ·
- Flexibility - Be able to adapt quickly and efficiently in line with the changing needs of the role. ·
- Proficiency in IT / willing to learn to operate new software. ·
- Demonstrable experience in an office administrator role
