Receptionist/Administrator
We have an immediate vacancy for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our fun & friendly KFM Recruitment team!

The Role:
Reception is a vital role in our business, and you’ll quickly become a valued part of the KFM team and integral to the whole recruitment process - from a candidate’s first contact, through to registration, interview, and beyond.
Benefits:
- £12.21 per hour + Holiday Pay
- 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday (opportunity for additional hours may be available)

Responsibilities include:
- Front of the house, greeting candidates and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering telephones; call screening and taking accurate messages
- Registration of candidates, guiding and assisting through the recruitment registration process
- Completing Right to Work checks
- Data input onto bespoke recruitment software system
- Communicating with candidates via email and telecon
The Candidate:
- Experienced in working in a busy reception/face-to-face customer service role
- Great customer service skills.
- Strong administrative skills
- The ability to input data in an accurately
- An excellent team player
- Confident with the use of Microsoft Word and Outlook
