Food Production Operatives – HU3 Area
Our client, a well-established food manufacturing company in the HU3 area, is looking to recruit Food Production Operatives to join their team.
This is a non-meat and non-fish production environment, offering a clean, friendly, and supportive workplace.
We have casual shifts available to suit your availability, with the opportunity for regular ongoing work for reliable candidates.
Shift Pattern
- 12-hour shifts
- 2 x Day Shifts
- 1 Day Off
- 2 x Night Shifts
- Rotating shift pattern
Pay Rates
- From £12.71 per hour
- Up to £16.45 per hour
- Overtime paid after 36/48 hours worked (depending on the shift pattern)
Duties Include
- General food production
- Packing and quality checking products
- General factory duties
- Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards
- Some cleaning and hygiene responsibilities
We're Looking For
- Reliable and enthusiastic individuals
- Good attention to detail
- Willingness to work both day and night shifts
- Previous factory or food production experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided
