Manufacturing / Machine Operative – Night Shift
£14.29 per hour (increasing to £14.46 after 12 weeks) | 4 On / 4 Off | Weekly Pay
KFM Recruitment are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing / Machine Operative to join a busy and established production team.

- Pay increase to £14.46 per hour after 12 weeks
- 5.6 weeks' annual holiday entitlement

The Role
Working as part of a busy production team, your duties will include:
- Operating and assisting with production machinery
- Loading and replenishing hoppers with raw materials
- Carrying out quality checks on finished products
- Packing, wrapping and palletising finished goods
- Product sorting, assembly and general production duties
- Maintaining high standards of quality and housekeeping
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from candidates who:
- Have previous experience within a manufacturing, factory or production environment
- Are reliable, hardworking and conscientious
- Have excellent attention to detail and take pride in their work
- Understand the importance of quality and working safely
- Are comfortable working 12-hour night shifts on a 4-on / 4-off rota
- Can work well independently and as part of a team
